Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management.
• 5 years experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Bachelor's level degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collect and analyse data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.
• Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.
• Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
