Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in process improvement engineering and mapping.
• Experience with workflow redesign, labor management and productivity.
• Experience with change management, benchmarking, and project management.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain improvements.
• Mentor PI engineers and provide training and guidance.
• Create reports and presentations for senior management.
