Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. located in Gardena, California, seeks a Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and CNC programming across the plant.

You will manage CAPEX, drive cost savings, and implement Six Sigma, Lean, and A3 problem solving. You will oversee BOMs, routings, CNC programs, DWIs, and SOPs, while guiding a team of engineers and programmers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in aerospace or similar.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis.
• Experience with CNC, forming/forging, coatings, ERP interactions, and process control.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Manufacturing Engineers and Programmers.
• Oversee BOMs, Routings, CNC programs, DWIs, and SOPs.
• Manage CAPEX projects and budget; drive cost savings.
• Lead quality assurance and RCCA activities.
• Support new product integration for manufacturability and control.
