Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to guide site manufacturing teams, drive productivity, and ensure robust, repeatable processes.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to improve safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency while maintaining compliance and documentation standards. You will mentor co-ops and collaborate with IT, Quality Control, Product Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize systems and implement industrial 4.0 concepts.

Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Industrial preferred).
• 5+ years in machining environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, maintain, and upgrade processes, tooling, equipment to improve yields and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analyses on processes and equipment.
• Provide technical direction to Operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Manage productivity pipeline projects and track deliverables.
• Document manufacturing processes clearly.
