Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field) required.
• Experience or internship in manufacturing, preferably steel foundry.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead Lean initiatives such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to implement best practices.
• Collect and interpret production data; present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through materials, energy, and labor improvements.
