Job summary

Brunswick's Mercury Marine division in Fond du Lac, WI, seeks a Continuous Improvement Trainer to lead Lean Six Sigma and CI training initiatives. The role designs, creates, and delivers multi-format training materials, coaching, and certification activities across the organization. Travel ~10% to support deployment.

You will collaborate with leadership to identify needs, build capability, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on safety, quality, and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, engineering, or operations management.
• 3-5 years applying Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, and/or other CI methodologies.
• 2 years minimum providing in-person and online teaching to adults in a business setting.
• Experience with Workday Learning and software to deliver online/remote learning content.
• LSS Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and deliver Lean Six Sigma and CI training programs across Brunswick.
• Facilitate White to Black Belt training and CI certification efforts.
• Create training materials, curriculums, simulations, and online content.
• Deliver in-person and remote training and coaching to employees.
• Measure training effectiveness and impact on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
