Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BS program in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Desire to lead cross-functional teams and pursue continuous improvement.
• Passion to understand marine industry customers.
• Minimum first semester junior with 48 credits completed.
• Able to work full-time for a full co-op term Jan–Aug 2027 or Jun–Dec 2027.
• Must enroll in a formal co-op program through your university.
• Dependable, self-motivated and engaged learner with good communication skills.
