Job summary

Brunswick Lebanon, MO is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, mentor teams, and lead cross‑functional projects that improve site KPIs. You will act as a customer advocate, applying CI principles to optimize processes and engage employees in change.

The role requires at least Green Belt with path to Black Belt within 2 years, strong communication, data analytics, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Green Belt Certification with plan to achieve Black Belt within 2 years.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Drive process improvements across organization, suppliers, and customers to hit site KPIs.
• Provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring.
• Lead cross-functional project teams; manage at least one project at a time.
• Lead LSS training and participate in Black Belt classes as needed.
• Support strategy by applying CI principles.
