Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering or related field.
- Five or more years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams on manufacturing line improvements, applying lean/six sigma to drive efficiency.
- Perform engineering calculations, develop plans, and report results.
- Develop NC programs to improve production efficiency.
- Select assembly fixturing and tooling to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with Production, Operations and Engineering teams.
- Support recommendations for new equipment and tooling.
- Mentor and guide other Manufacturing Engineers.
