Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement preferred.
• Strong teamwork, safety and 5S adherence emphasized.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; bilingual EN/ES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the value stream team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations, coordinating across shifts and departments.
• Ensure standardized work, safety compliance and 5S practices.
• Foster continuous improvement and empower team members.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to map future state value streams.
