Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Production Supervisor in Conyers, GA to lead team leads and hourly staff, uphold safety, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards.

You will develop daily standard work, drive continuous improvement, manage the production schedule, coordinate with supply chain and quality teams, and coach associates to achieve results while sustaining safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work extended and/or weekend hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and frontline hourly team members; ensure a safe work environment, define expectations, coach and train associates.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule, meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain good inventory controls and coordinate with supply chain and quality teams.
