Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Team Lead Production to guide daily team activities under the Production Supervisor. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity through effective task assignment and coaching.

The role focuses on maintaining safety standards, improving line efficiency, and developing associates through on-the-job training and lean practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, AS400 or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of work group under Production Supervisor.
• Ensure safety, quality policies and procedures are followed.
• Meet safety goals and reduce injuries and losses.
• Maintain and improve Quality System and 8D problem solving.
• Assign daily tasks to meet production schedule and on-time delivery.
• Provide daily feedback and develop associates in Lean and 6S.
