Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead team leads and hourly production employees, ensuring safe operations, on-time production, and quality standards. You will develop daily standard work, drive continuous improvement, manage the production schedule, coordinate with supply chain and quality, and maintain accurate timekeeping in ADP.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in leadership, 3 years in manufacturing, and strong communication; a Lean/Six

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work extended and/or weekend hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; ensure safety, define expectations, coach and provide feedback.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work and production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement; perform root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory controls for raw materials and coordinate with supply chain.
• Collaborate with quality, shipping, and other departments to meet targets on time and to standard.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping in ADP and enforce safety rules and procedures.
