Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Conyers, GA site. The role leads team leads and hourly staff to meet production targets safely, on time, and with quality. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and cross-team coordination to sustain optimal output.

The candidate will drive standard work, pursue Lean improvements, and maintain inventory controls, partnering with quality, supply chain, and other departments to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position (team lead, supervisor, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; ensure safety, set expectations, coach, and provide feedback.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
