Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a production support professional to help the manufacturing team meet goals and uphold quality. You will engage the team, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to FDA, QMS and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and problem solving, with opportunities to lead meetings and train staff across shifts.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in technical or business field preferred.
• Ability to motivate others and lead teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable using computers.

Mansioni

• Support the manufacturing team to meet production goals and customer quality requirements.
• Escalate issues to the production supervisor and drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to QMS, safety, environmental, security, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Act as a liaison between team members and supervisor to align resources.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Perform audits (5S, Safety, Quality, Standardized Work) to ensure policy adherence.
• Walk the floor, address questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns.
• Coordinate cross-training plans and prepare for shift changes.
• Participate in workshops focused on process improvement and new product development.
