Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead multiple production teams across defined product lines, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity KPIs.

You will drive continuous improvement, partner with R&D and Product Development, ensure QMS and EH&S compliance, and develop direct reports while engaging with customers and internal partners to meet manufacturing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all production activities for a defined product line and deliver KPIs.
• Lead Operations Team; represent site in leadership meetings.
• Lead direct reports including Supervisors and performers.
• Follow Integer Values, policies, and training plans.
• Ensure compliance to QMS and EH&S protocols.
• Provide inputs to and lead manufacturing imperatives in the site Hoshin Plan.
• Develop and execute sustained Continuous Improvement processes.
• Define goals and KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
• Promote talent with development and succession plans.
• Engage with Associates and participate in meetings weekly.
• Ensure regular one-on-one time with direct reports for progress.
• Interact with customers and participate in site visits/audits.
• Partner with peers to align strategies for Operations objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Development to prioritize resources.
• Embed Quality within the team and uphold QMS; drive corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
