Job summary

IFA North America LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a high-volume manufacturing facility. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets through lean principles, problem solving, and team development.

You will implement 5S and visual management, coach staff, and coordinate with engineering and management to meet production forecasts and customer demands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops a production/manpower plan based on forecasts.
• Lead and coach a team to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Implement lean practices (5S, poka-yoke, visual management, flow).
• Train and develop associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and kaizen activities across shifts.
