Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Union, Ohio location within the Integrated AV division. The role directs assembly personnel, implements Lean manufacturing strategies, and leads continuous improvements to reduce costs and lead times while ensuring safety and quality.

You will oversee daily activities, manage staffing levels, and collaborate with engineering to resolve workflow issues. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing field (or equivalent) and 2+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing or 5-7 years in manufacturing supervision.
• ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule raw material replenishments and put-aways according to job priorities.
• Monitor headcount and adjust workforce to meet internal/external demand.
• Ensure processes meet high quality standards.
• Ensure MHE operators follow required procedures.
• Collaborate with Assembly and Manufacturing Engineering to improve workflow.
