Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule raw material replenishments and prioritize workload.
• Monitor headcount and optimize staffing with temporary workers as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures.
• Lead daily materials meetings and report production delays.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Manufacturing Engineering to improve flow.
• Manage performance reviews, training, and employee development.
