Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing OR 5–7 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing OR combination of relevant education and experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications and apply Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and targets.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety policies.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve throughput and on-time delivery.
• Control labor and material resources to reduce waste and lead times.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Inventory, Quality, Planning and Customer Service.
