Legrand AV, Inc. in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring safe, efficient production of high-quality AV products.

You will drive Lean initiatives, optimize labor and materials, and collaborate with Engineering, Inventory, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service to meet customer expectations. The role requires guiding a high-performing team, promoting continuous improvement, and delivering on-time production while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment OR 5-7 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment OR combination of relevant education and experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to read, interpret engineering drawings and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies.
• Ensure products and processes meet quality standards via standardized work and corrective actions.
• Direct daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and targets using Lean principles.
• Optimize costs by managing labor, waste, and inventory accuracy; drive lead-time reductions.
• Support exceptional customer service by ensuring timely production and product availability and communicating status.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and standardized processes.
