Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Production Supervisor for the third shift in Thomasville, GA, overseeing fabrication and welding of large-scale wastewater treatment equipment. You will drive lean initiatives, oversee a team of ~25, and ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets while coordinating with operations and maintenance on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of manufacturing and at least 1 year supervisory experience, plus proficiency with SAP and Workday.

Responsibilities
