Job summary

Siemens, Roebuck, SC, is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for Fabrication. You will lead a team of ~50, ensure safety, and drive productivity on a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule with overtime and some weekends.

You will coordinate with Planning, Engineering and Quality, and support digital tools and dashboards to improve operations. Requires 3+ years as a manufacturing leader, an associate degree, Lean background, and SAP/DMM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing environment
• Associate degree in technical, manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field
• Lean Manufacturing experience (5S, VSM, 7 wastes)
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, 2D/3D blueprints
• Experience with SAP and DMM systems
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, costs)

Responsibilities

• Improve safety for all personnel in Fabrication.
• Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality and productivity.
• Adhere to production schedule by prioritizing, assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and resolving constraints.
• Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
• Support digitalization efforts with tools like Digital Work instructions, Operator Displays, dashboards, and other connected tools.
