Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Quality Manager on its Thomasville, GA campus to lead a five‑person team and own end‑to‑end quality for water filtration equipment. You will drive RCCA, data reporting, and supplier quality initiatives while collaborating with engineering and operations to meet ISO 9001 standards.

The role is strictly on‑site with standard hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., relocation assistance available, and a compensation range of $90,000–$130,000 plus bonus depending on experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or a Science field (required).
• ISO 9001 or equivalent experience (required).
• 5+ years of Quality Manufacturing experience (required).
• 5+ years of Quality Management experience (preferred).
• Certifications such as CQA, CQE, or Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of direct reports using quality improvement methodologies.
• Collect, analyze, and report on defects, ppm, COPQ, and NCRs.
• Champion RCCA and 8‑Step problem‑solving methodologies.
• Understand customer requirements and integrate feedback into quality processes.
• Oversee NCRs and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead supplier root cause investigations.
• Partner with Engineering to track drawing improvements (ECMs).
• Develop and implement quality procedures and standards; maintain quality records and documentation.
