Xylem is seeking an Operations Support Supervisor I to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. You will supervise up to 25 hourly employees across assembly, testing, painting, crating, and warehousing, while promoting continuous improvement and a strong team culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of applicable experience, including 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
2+ years leading hourly manufacturing teams in production operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and allocate resources to meet schedules.
Promote safety leadership and ensure compliance with procedures.
Monitor performance against quality and productivity metrics.
Coach and develop employees, manage performance, and drive engagement.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials to resolve issues.
Drive lean manufacturing, kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
Ensure adherence to standard work and process controls.
Support workforce planning, scheduling, and department performance.
