Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in production.
• Working knowledge of SAP in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet SQCD goals and standards.
• Coach and develop production teams for high engagement and performance.
• Champion Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and production data to resolve bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
• Manage labor, equipment, and reporting to meet customer demand.
