Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will manage staffing, capacity, KPIs, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives while building frontline leaders and a culture of accountability within a diverse manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing mindset with a track record of process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions.
• Ability to lead by example and build cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize production operations to safely deliver quality products and meet KPI targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, 6S, waste reduction, and productivity gains.
• Manage staffing, resources, and production capacity to maximize efficiency and support growth.
• Partner with Engineering, Scheduling, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and other functions to implement improvements.
• Develop frontline leaders and employees, fostering accountability, engagement, and ownership.
