Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize production operations to safely deliver quality products, meet customer expectations, and achieve KPI targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, 6S, waste reduction, cycle time, and productivity gains.
• Manage staffing, resources, and production capacity to maximize efficiency and support growth.
• Partner with technical teams to improve processes, update work instructions, and implement improvements.
• Develop frontline leaders and employees, fostering accountability and ownership.
• Oversee inventory optimization, production systems (SAP/Salesforce), audit readiness, and customer visit support.
