Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment to cut, drill, or machine panel components per drawings and work instructions.
• Operate KOMAX or similar wire-processing equipment to cut, strip, terminate, and prepare wires and wire bundles.
• Operate laser-marking and tube-marking equipment to identify components, wires, and tubing with accuracy.
• Set up equipment, load materials, and verify machine settings before production.
• Monitor equipment during runs and respond to conditions affecting safety, quality, or output.
• Inspect machined components, wire terminations, and labels for conformance.
• Perform routine changeovers and basic troubleshooting per procedures.
• Escalate issues when not solvable at the workstation.
• Follow standardized work, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain organized workstation and proper material handling to prevent damage.
• Participate in cross-training across CNC, wire-processing, laser-marking, tube-marking, and related stations.
