Job summary

ABBA Roller in Ontario, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the assigned production department, driving safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery while collaborating with planning, purchasing and customer service to meet business goals. This hands-on leadership role requires strong lean manufacturing knowledge, capacity planning, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

You will ensure equipment is maintained, and that operations comply with OSHA and internal quality

Qualifications

• Associates degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in polymer manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment per OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations aligning with business plans.
• Schedule work to meet on-time delivery and quality.
• Maintain KPI metrics: safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity.
• Capacities planning and level loading.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet commitments.
• Drive customer-oriented quality and on-time delivery.
