Job summary

• Experience with semi-automatic or electrical production lines preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication, able to guide teams under pressure.
• Solid Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations within budget and resources.
• Develops programs and metrics for operational performance and uses lean manufacturing.
• Reduces non-value-added costs and improves on-time delivery with high yields.
• Ensures operator training and continuous improvement methods are implemented.
• Supports cross-functional teams during implementations and collaborates with OE teams.
