Job summary

ABBA Roller is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Ontario, CA to support the production of custom urethane wheels. This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

You will work with molds, hubs, and rubber compounds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble urethane wheels according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Set up and operate casting equipment, compression molds, ovens, and other production machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures for casting urethane materials.
