Job summary

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct daily manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment. You will coach employees, manage workflow and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience with Lean, ISO procedures, and ERP systems. You will collaborate with EHS, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to meet safety, quality, and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3 to 7 years of supervisory experience or production leadership.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; ERP systems familiarity.
• Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and ISO procedures knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, train, coach, and supervise daily production activities.
• Set clear expectations and provide guidance to employees.
• Maintain efficient material flow and department budgeting.
• Implement continuous improvement plans for equipment and processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met.
• Coordinate with EHS, Planning, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Maintain time/attendance records and department inventory accuracy.
• Address grievances with HR and management to ensure fair treatment.
