Job summary

ABBA Roller seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the Ontario, CA production department, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This hands-on leadership role collaborates with planning, purchasing, and customer service to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, capacity management, and employee development, leveraging lean practices to improve cost and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or HS diploma + 4 years experience; certifications may substitute.
• Experience in a low volume/high mix manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience working with ERP and MES systems.
• Maintain a safe working environment per OSHA and EHS procedures.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations aligned with strategic plans and goals.
• Schedule daily work to meet on-time delivery and quality requirements.
• Maintain KPI metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
• Drive capacity improvements and level loading within the department.
• Lead talent development and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
