Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead Supervisor to directly manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, achieving production targets with safety and efficiency. You will oversee multiple stages from initial assembly to quality inspection and final finishing, ensuring smooth workflow and accountability.

The role requires LEAN experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams across different workstations.

Qualifications

• Candidate has demonstrated supervisory or lead experience in high-volume settings.
• Working knowledge of LEAN principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban) to cut waste.
• Experience overseeing multiple production/assembly processes on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multi-stage production lines.
• Manage the movement of automotive inventory and materials through the cycle.
• Lead, train, and mentor technicians and operators across workstations.
• Enforce quality standards before final documentation and release.
• Monitor pipelines to identify bottlenecks and optimize transitions.
• Participate in process improvements and standardization initiatives.
