Job summary

Carvana seeks a Line Lead for its Inspection Center to supervise hourly associates, manage car flow, and uphold Carvana’s high quality standards. You will coordinate with the Inspection Center General Manager to decide on repairs or rejections while coaching staff for efficient production.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and lean process adherence in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Oversee daily team activities; coach, develop and manage performance.
• Lead a team of production associates and coordinate with the Inspection Center GM on repairs or rejections.
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
