Job summary

Carvana seeks a Line Lead to supervise an hourly team in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe movement of vehicles and achievement of production targets. You will manage daily activities, coach staff, and enforce Carvana quality standards while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, computer experience, and a solid understanding of reconditioning and lean processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Functional expertise in Carvana’s reconditioning process.
• Understanding lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars in/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to the team.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with Carvana values.
• Communicate expectations and performance measures clearly to the team.
