Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years manufacturing planning experience.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and short/medium term capacity planning.
• Experience in procurement, warehousing, and outside processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule material to meet the master production schedule.
• Coordinate with procurement and admin to ensure timely throughput.
• Perform finite capacity planning and release internal work orders.
• Develop schedules for multiple workcenters to meet MPS.
• Optimize capacity with minimal inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage planning parameters and coordinate outside processing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to find cost-effective production alternatives.
• Monitor shrinkage, yield, BOM accuracy, and scrap factors.
• Sequence material inflows to keep inventory aligned with SOF.
• Conduct inactive/obsolete/surplus analysis and determine disposition.
