Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain from an accredited institution.
• APICS CPIM certification and SIOP experience preferred.
• Internship or co-op in Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules and short-term capacity plans (daily/weekly).
• Monitor material availability and coordinate resolution of shortages/expedites.
• Reconcile priority/hot lists and communicate impacts of order changes.
• Track past-due/overdue orders and support daily production meetings.
• Maintain accurate order status and promise dates in MFGPro/ERP; partner with Customer Service.
• Support SIP/S&OP by preparing updates, metrics and reports.
• Document and challenge forecast assumptions using market/industry data.
• Assist with inventory review and disposition of excess/obsolete materials.
