You will drive safety, quality, throughput and cost performance while ensuring 5S compliance and proper PPE use. You will approve time sheets, manage shift changes, and coach staff to follow standard work. This role requires strong Lean principles and hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Works with operators to reach production goals and ensure standard work is followed.
• Reports production metrics to upper management.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to complete production plans.
• Monitors progress and revises schedules as needed.
• Drives 5S, workplace organization, and operator equipment maintenance duties.
• Coaches and counsels staff to follow standard work instructions.
