Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a Production Line Manager to lead a team of operators on a focused value stream. You will drive safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and WIP targets, while ensuring PPE compliance and accurate timekeeping.

You will organize shift staffing, monitor metrics, and guide continuous improvements using Lean principles to reduce costs and elevate product quality. This is an in-person role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Work with operators to reach production goals and follow standard work.
• Report production metrics to upper management.
• Schedule and assign personnel to complete the production plan.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to identify and fix issues to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Lead 5S, maintenance, and safe operating practices.
