Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct training of Production Laborers on processes for their assigned production line and to develop the skills and knowledge of current Laborers in partnership with the Line Manager. You will document training, track progress, promote safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives to help achieve quality and throughput targets.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with about one year of manufacturing experience preferred

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic lean principles and 5S knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and quality during training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training of Production Laborers on processes for the assigned production line.
• Develop skills and knowledge of current Laborers in partnership with the Line Manager.
• Document training on training records and training matrix.
• Update Line Manager on completed and incomplete training.
• Promote continuous improvement and drive readiness to meet throughput targets.
