RH Sheppard Co Inc. seeks a Production Manager to lead multiple production teams, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and mentor frontline leaders. You will coordinate across shifts, champion lean practices, and partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to deliver performance improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, continuous improvement, and accountability for outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Leads and aligns daily Level 3 DMS meetings and cross-functional teams.
• Drives performance improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and OEE.
• Mentors Production Supervisors and Line Leaders on problem-solving, training gaps, and development.
• Uses data to identify trends and drive corrective actions with structured problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Level 3 DMS meetings and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversees production plans across lines and shifts to meet targets.
• Mentors PTLs and Line Leaders on problem-solving and development.
• Champions continuous improvement, kaizen, and 5S with Eng, Maint, and Quality.
