• Experience leading maintenance teams in a production environment.
• Ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians in repair, replacement, installation, and preventative maintenance of building and equipment.
• Schedule staff to provide day-to-day line support and respond to breakdowns.
• Plan Preventative Maintenance schedules for all processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers on failure issues and service parts.
• Report and trend monthly maintenance data and track MTTR/MTBF.
