is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities in our production facility. The role requires coordinating a team of technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment uptime to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage schedules, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with maintenance in production/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing: standard work, 5S, JIT.
• Ability to work overtime daily and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians in repair, replacement, installation and preventive maintenance of building and equipment.
• Manage and schedule maintenance staff for line support, in-house repairs, breakdown responses, PTO, overtime and weekend work.
• Plan and implement a Preventive Maintenance schedule for all processes.
• Interface with suppliers to coordinate actions on failure issues and services.
• Report, track and trend critical monthly maintenance data (downtime, MTTR/MTBF, uptime, staff utilization).
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Lead and participate in DMS and OEE meetings; back-up to Line Leaders.
