Job summary

Faith Technologies in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will drive Lean initiatives, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while developing teams and coordinating with engineering, quality, and materials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience implementing Lean/Six Sigma. Travel up to 15% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, operations management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with Lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading teams, strong communication and organizational skills, able to lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
• Drive production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams for on-time delivery.
• Foster a people-first culture with team development and accountability.
• Implement Lean manufacturing practices, visual management, 5S, standard work, and problem solving.
• Monitor KPIs and take proactive actions to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and company policies.
