Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, operations management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Production/Operations Manager.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with choosing By Advantages (CBA) decision-making methodology and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of production lines to ensure safe, high-quality output.
• Drive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams for on-time delivery.
• Foster a people-first culture with engagement, development, and accountability.
• Implement Lean practices (visual management, 5S, standard work, problem solving) and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials to resolve issues and support initiatives.
• Coach frontline leaders and teams for career growth and performance.
