Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated in Pittsboro, IN, is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage production lines, drive Lean initiatives, ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and develop teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in manufacturing/related field, 5+ years of leadership, 3+ years as manager, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years as Production/Operations Manager, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; experience with ERP systems.
• Travel: Up to 15% depending on business needs.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of production lines to ensure safe, high-quality output.
• Drive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams for on-time delivery.
• Foster a people-first culture emphasizing engagement, development and accountability.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices including 5S, visual management and standard work.
• Monitor KPIs and take proactive actions to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials to resolve production issues and support initiatives.
• Lead Tier meetings to improve communication across shifts.
• Coach frontline leaders and support career growth.
