Associated Materials Innovations is hiring a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in North Carolina to lead daily operations ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost targets. You will oversee hourly staff, coordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality and supply chain to keep a safe, efficient plant running and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and metrics.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and quality compliance standards/systems.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members; conduct shift meetings.
• Monitor attendance, performance and staffing in line with policies.
• Maintain documentation: shift reports and production records.
• Support root cause investigations and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality and supply chain.
