Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations in our Indianapolis-area manufacturing facility. You will drive Lean initiatives, ensure safety and quality, and coach frontline leaders to improve performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity, with travel up to 15%. Competitive benefits and merit-based compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as Production/Operations Manager; Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Travel up to 15%
• Work hours 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality output.
• Drive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams for on-time delivery.
• Foster a people-first culture with engagement, development and accountability.
